Candidate Requirements
- Have strong communication and articulation skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both formal and informal language, that is simple and easy to understand
- Have basic knowledge in research / design / technical / customer support skills for digital products
- Constantly curious, and great at spotting patterns and making connections between seemingly unrelated data, and transforming them into meaningful and actionable insights and opportunities.
- Flexible and open to input and feedback, and learn from failure.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Job Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to users by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and following up on issues — in a way that is very easy to understand by groups of users who are not tech savvy, middle aged, and some maybe with low literacy. Note that some inquiries may happen outside work hours.
- Document and keep track of all issues, questions, and responses given, as a baseline for continuous improvements and future product development
- Create SOP and guideline for CX support to create replicable & consistent experiences
- Analyze data to identify friction along the customer journey and come up with ideas and solutions for improvements
- Run experiments and initiatives to encourage user adoption and retention
