Avemaria Chelchia Effendi

Chelsea has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hasanuddin University. Upon graduation, she started out her first job as an HR. Her growing curiosity on the interlinked connection between human behavior and technology led her to make a career pivot from HR to User Research. Before joining Somia, she worked in an Indonesian startup and a Chinese tech company as a freelance researcher.
