    DiFi for All is an immersive qualitative research that aims to uncover what really happens on the onboarding process of Digital Financial Services in the unbanked & underbanked segment of Indonesia.

    The project sees a variety of digital product types:
(Digital lending, digital wallet, mobile banking, agritech, QRIS, Government Aids).


    And also different unbanked & underbanked segments: (Agriworkers, informal workers, micro enterprises, housewives, students, branchless banking agents)
