Visual Designer
If you communicate better through visuals than writing, we want you!
You will primarily work collaboratively with Experience Design consultants to translate insights from the field into impactful visuals in various visual forms: editorial design, illustration, or any other creative mediums. You will also be the key person in creating social media images and design material for our events.
If you’re self-driven, compassionate, highly adaptive, keen to explore new ways to communicate through visual mediums, this is the place for you!

Candidate Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Ability to explore freely and in a variety of styles to creatively convey certain themes or key message into visual concepts
- Able to articulate design decision clearly
- Strong portfolio in layout, editorial design & illustration
- Proficient in using Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Confident in putting your point-of-view across to team members
- Comfortable speaking in English
- Team player but can work independently
- Based in Jakarta
